OUR STRATEGY

DEE FOUNDATION’s – Community Driven Development (CDD) method is based on the concepts of: Participation, Transparency, Accountability and Enhanced Capacity – constantly through:

  1. Planning of services.
  2. Promoting self-help groups.
  3. Running support and social action groups.
  4. Building strong community networks.
  5. Participating in inter-agency meetings.
  6. Undertaking needs assessment.
  7. Enhancing the skills of the working population of India by - skilling, re-skilling and up-skilling them.

    DEE FOUNDATION has been successfully propagating the skilling mandate of the Government of India for the last 7 years and still building upon - its endeavors of bringing a positive change in the lives of the people across India.

    DEE FOUNDATION’s expertise is in efficiently initiating and executing various skill development programs, continuously through its end to end activities promoting ‘Community Development’ as a whole, by empowering the marginalized population, thereby creating strong and effectual communities, besides consistently imparting its duty as a CSR Strategizing and Implementing Agency.
